Jobs
Task management during race events to create, assign, and track tasks efficiently. Clear communication and accountability, with real-time updates and a record of all activities.
What Are Jobs?
Jobs in ONE RACEHUB are a way to create, assign, track, and complete tasks during race events. They help your team to communicate effectively about what needs to be done between events, sessions and runs.
Jobs are always connected to a specific run, which means each task is tied to when a car exits and returns to the pits.
Tip: Creating e.g. "Pre Event" Sessions in your ONE RACEHUB Event will allow you to track additional tasks that need to be done in the Workshop in between Events.
Where to Find Jobs
You can access jobs in two main places:
- In the Runsheet: Each runsheet contains a Job List block where you can see all jobs for a specific run of a contestant
- In the Jobs Sidebar: Access by clicking "Jobs" in the sidebar menu
- "All Jobs" shows all jobs of a contestant across a full event, seprated into sessions
- "My Jobs" shows only jobs assigned to you across multiple contestants, events and series.
Creating a Job
To create a new job:
- Open the runsheet for your run
- In the Job List block, click "Add Job"
- Enter a description of what needs to be done
- Set a priority (Maximum, High, Medium, Low, or None)
- Assign one or more team members
- Save the job
Job Status Changes
Jobs progress through several statuses:
- New: When first created
- Acknowledged: When the assigned person accepts the job
- Completed: When the task has been finished
- Cancelled: When the job is no longer needed
Example Workflow
- An engineer creates a job to adjust the rear wing from position 3 to position 5
- A mechanic receives a notification and acknowledges the job
- After making the adjustment, the mechanic marks the job as complete
- The engineer receives notification that the job is complete
Adding Comments
Comments can be added to jobs to provide additional information:
- Open the job
- Click in the comment field
- Add your message (such as feedback or additional instructions)
- Save the comment
Comments help provide context and keep a record of any issues encountered or changes made.
Tip: You can use the comment section to note specific values that need to be quickly recorded while working on the car e.g. "fuel out post session", "plank weight post session", "Brakedisc ID mounted" ...
Notifications
You'll receive notifications when:
- You're assigned to a new job

- A job's status changes
To manage these notifications:
