Navigate ONE RACEHUB

The Sidebar is the main navigation in ONE RACEHUB. Use it to access the tools and features available to your account.

The Sidebar is grouped into four main areas:

1 Operations
Day-to-day session work, including Run Sheets, tyres, analysis, jobs, simulation, reports, and weather.
2 Manager
Schedules, issues, and time tracking.
3 Parts & Specs
Parts, assemblies, mileage tracking, and vehicle specifications.
4 Configuration
Team setup, templates, services, and system settings.

Operations

Use Operations for daily work during sessions and events.

  • Protocol — Run Sheets, run comparison, setup information, and dashboards.
  • Tyres — Tyre allocation, usage, and pressure analysis.
  • Analysis — Session summaries, car overviews, and KPI dashboards.
  • Jobs — Team tasks and jobs assigned to you.
  • Simulation — Setup simulations and result comparison.
  • Report — Session and event reports.
  • Weather — Event weather data and manual weather entries.

Manager

Use Manager section for coordination and operational follow-up.

  • Calendar — View and manage session schedules.
  • Issue Manager — Track faults, issues, and resolutions.
  • Time Tracker — Record and review time spent on tasks and projects.

Parts & Specs

Use Parts & Specs to manage vehicle components and specifications.

  • Parts & Assemblies — Create and manage assemblies and sub-assemblies. Track components, mileage, availability, stock, and measurements.
  • Specifications — Define and manage vehicle specifications.

Configuration

Use Configuration to set up and maintain your team’s ONE RACEHUB environment.

  • Admin — Manage users, drivers, teams, events, contestants, tracks, locations, manufacturers, departments, and other team data.
  • Templates — Create reusable layouts, calculations, job lists, packages, and other configurations.
  • System — Manage timing, car data, weather, database, offline functionality, and other system-level settings.

 ⚠️ Configuration tools are intended for administrators or managers. Changes may affect other users in your team.

Account menu

Select your username at the bottom of the Sidebar to access your account options.

From here, you can:

  • Open Profile to manage your account details and preferences.
  • Select Logout to sign out.
  • Select Clear Cache / Reload to refresh local data if ONE RACEHUB appears outdated or unresponsive.
  • Select Switch Light/Dark to change the interface theme.
