Series

A Series is the top tier of event organization, encompassing racing championships and various racing activities. It involves creating, managing, and organizing series with consistent naming conventions and specific purposes.

What Is a Series?

In ONE RACEHUB, a Series represents the highest level of your event hierarchy. It typically corresponds to a racing championship or a category of racing activities. Examples include:

  • Racing championships (DTM, Formula E, GT World Challenge)
  • Testing programs
  • Development activities
  • Simulation sessions

To create a new series:

  1. Navigate to AdminEvents
  2. Click the Add Series button
  3. Enter a name for your series (e.g., "DTM" or "Testing")
  4. Save the new series

The series will now appear in your series list.

Series Naming Conventions

When naming your series, consider:

  • Using official championship names for racing series
  • Creating separate series for testing activities
  • Using consistent naming conventions across your organization

For example, you might have series named "DTM", "ADAC GT Masters", and "Testing" to clearly distinguish between different programs.
