Series, Season, Events and Sessions - Overview
Organizes racing events into a structured hierarchy, to manage series, seasons, events, and sessions
What Are Events in ONE RACEHUB?
Events in ONE RACEHUB represent the race weekends, test days, or other occasions where your team participates. The Events section allows you to organize your racing calendar in a structured hierarchy:
- Series: The highest level (e.g., DTM, Formula E, Testing)
- Season: Each series contains one or more seasons (e.g., 2024, Season 11)
- Event: A specific race weekend or test at a particular track (e.g., DTM Oschersleben)
- Session: Individual track sessions within an event (e.g., Free Practice 1, Qualifying, Race)
This structure helps organize all your data and makes it easy to find information later.

Event Structure Hierarchy
ONE RACEHUB uses a four-level hierarchy for organizing your racing calendar:
- Series Level: The racing championship or category
- Season Level: The specific season within a series
- Event Level: Individual race weekends or test sessions
- Session Level: Specific track sessions within an event
Each level builds on the one above it, creating a logical structure for all your racing activities.
Quick Setup Guide
To set up your first event:
- Create a Series: Add a new series like "DTM" or "Testing"
- Add a Season: Within your series, add a season like "2024"
- Create an Event: Add a specific race weekend with venue and dates
- Add Sessions: Set up the individual sessions like practice, qualifying, and race
Once your event structure is set up, you can create runsheets for each session and begin tracking your team's activities.
Please note that you can set up your entered contestants on a season and series level. Previously, you can set them up in the Contestants section.
