I cannot see the Live-Feed of a series
Access to a ONE TIMING Live-Feed is overseen through your License. There can be several reasons for this situation.
The ONE TIMING Live-Feed is not selectable.
Access to the ONE TIMING Live-Feed is controlled by PACETEQ through your license. If you are unable to view the Live-Feed, it is because this specific Live-Feed is currently not activated on your license.
PACETEQ needs the confirmation that your team has the necessary authorization to access the official timing feed. As a result, PACETEQ is required to deactivate Live-Feed access from your license after each event, if the subsequent event requires separate ordering.
You already possess access to the Official Timing Feed?
If you already have access to the Timing Feed, have you informed PACETEQ about it? If not, please reach out by sending an email to support@paceteq.com.
Also, make sure to mention if your access is for the entire season to avoid facing the same issue in future events.
You are on an Admin License but you are searching for a Universal Feed.
Due to security reasons, access to a Universal Feed is not available on a license that includes Management Plugins. Therefore, depending on the series, you may need to switch to a "Standard License" to participate in the live session. If you have purchased the Advanced ONE TIMING Package, you should have received two ONE TIMING license codes - a "Standard" one and an "Admin" one.
PACETEQ was not aware of the Event Happening.
If you are interested in following a private test or a new series that you have not yet participated in, please make sure to notify PACETEQ at least 2 weeks before the first session starts. This advance notice will allow us to make the necessary preparations in time.
In cases of requests with shorter lead times, our PACETEQ Team will do their best to accommodate, although we cannot guarantee seamless support.
Simply providing a link to the live timing website of the event does not serve as valid confirmation that you have ordered the Timing Feed from the timekeeper.
The Timing-Data-Stream that needs to be ordered from the timekeeper is not the same as the official timing website.
