I cannot see the Live-Feed of a series

Troubleshoot why a ONE TIMING Live-Feed is not visible or selectable, including license, network, and event authorization issues.

Overview

Access to a ONE TIMING Live-Feed is managed through your PACETEQ license and event authorization. If you are unable to view or select a Live-Feed for a series, several factors may be responsible, including license activation, network restrictions, or missing authorization from the event organizer or timekeeper.


 

The ONE TIMING Live-Feed Is Not Selectable

Access to each Live-Feed is controlled by PACETEQ and tied to your license. If the Live-Feed is not selectable:

  • Your license does not currently include access to this specific Live-Feed.
  • PACETEQ must confirm your team’s authorization to access the official timing feed.
  • For some events, Live-Feed access is deactivated after each event and must be re-ordered for subsequent events.

 

Already Have Access to the Official Timing Feed?

If you already have access to the official Timing Feed:

  • Ensure you have informed PACETEQ by emailing support@paceteq.com.
  • Specify if your access is for the entire season to avoid repeated issues in future events.

 

Live-Feed Selectable, But No Connection (No Green Dots)

If you can select the Live-Feed but do not see any of the three green dots at the top right:

  • ONE TIMING requires an open network connection to the following addresses:
    • onetiming2.paceteq.net
    • onetiming3.paceteq.net
    • onetiming4.paceteq.net
  • Your network may be restricting access to these addresses. Check with your IT administrator or network provider to ensure these domains are not blocked.

 

Using an Admin License but Searching for a Universal Feed

  • Universal Feed access is not available on licenses that include Management Plugins (Admin License) for security reasons.
  • If you need access to a Universal Feed, switch to your "Standard License."
  • If you purchased the Advanced ONE TIMING Package, you should have received both a "Standard" and an "Admin" license code.

 

PACETEQ Was Not Notified About the Event

  • If you plan to follow a private test or a new series, notify PACETEQ at least 2 weeks before the first session.
  • This advance notice allows time for necessary preparations.
  • For requests with shorter lead times, PACETEQ will do their best to accommodate, but seamless support cannot be guaranteed.

 

Important Notes

Simply providing a link to the live timing website is not valid confirmation that you have ordered the Timing Feed from the timekeeper.


The Timing-Data-Stream required for ONE TIMING is not the same as the official timing website feed.
You must order the correct data stream from the timekeeper.
