How can I access a ONE TIMING live-feed to connect and view real-time data?
Answer
In order to access a ONE TIMING live-feed, PACETEQ will need confirmation that your team has the necessary authorization to access the official timing feed.
Depending on the timekeeper and series, access to a timing feed may require payment for credentials, or some series may offer free feeds to their participants. This access can be either for a single event or for a full season, so it is recommended to verify this information with your series organizer or timing service in advance. If you require further assistance, feel free to reach out to PACETEQ at support@paceteq.com.
To confirm that you ordered the official timing feed, simply send your credentials to support@paceteq.com. Once PACETEQ confirms your order, the live-feed will be added to your ONE TIMING License. You can then access the live-feed by restarting ONE TIMING.
Simply providing a link to the live timing website of the event does not serve as valid confirmation that you have ordered the Timing Feed from the timekeeper.
The Timing-Data-Stream that needs to be ordered from the timekeeper is not the same as the official timing website.
