Load and Adapt your Layout

You can easily load and save ONE TIMING layouts using the "File" Menu. New Plugins can be opened at the bottom of the screen and then dragged and dropped to your preferred location.

Load an existing Layout

Upon launching ONE TIMING, the system will automatically load your "Default" Layout. It is advisable to select the ONE TIMING Live-Feed at this point to optimize loading times. To load your desired layout, navigate to the "File" Menu and select "Load Layout." Here, you will find all your saved layouts from which you can make a selection.

(Built-In) Basic

Upon installing ONE TIMING for the first time, you will automatically have access to two pre-existing layouts. The first is the "Default", designed to be minimalistic with essential plugins included. Additionally, there is a "Basic" layout that comes Built-In. The Basic Layout is an ideal foundation for users, including all essential plugins needed to begin using ONE TIMING.

In the upper portion of the screen, you will discover plugins designed to provide insight into current on-track activities. These plugins help in managing your car's gaps and tracking the strategies of other competitors.

Towards the center of the screen, you will encounter general awareness plugins such as "Track State," "Laps Remaining," and the "Weather Station." Additionally, there are export plugins like the "Excel" plugin available in this section.

Moving to the lower half of the screen, you will access "Race Control" messages along with various analysis plugins. These plugins are primarily utilized for session analysis, such as the "Time Analysis" plugin which helps identify strengths and weaknesses in specific sectors.

Adapting your Layout

The features of ONE TIMING are organized into various Plugins. You have the flexibility to open each Plugin multiple times, resize and drag them within the user interface. Additionally, you can pop them out and relocate them to another screen if desired.

To add a new Plugin, click on the menu located at the top left corner. All plugins are logically categorized for easier navigation. The new Plugin will appear at the bottom of your ONE TIMING screen, allowing you to drag and drop it anywhere on your existing layout or move it to a separate part of your screen as a pop-out.

If a Plugin is inside your layout, you can maximize each Plugin by double-clicking on the Plugin Name. To return it to its original size, simply use the button located at the top right corner.

Importing a Layout

To import a layout, there are two methods available. For a single layout, the simplest approach is to utilize the "Load Layout File" option located within the "File" menu.

You get the option to load a .kml layout file. However, it is important to note that the layout is not yet saved within your system. To save it, simply open the "File" menu again and select "Save Layout As...". A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to save the layout with a desired name.

The second method is to import multiple layouts simultaneously, which can be particularly useful when transitioning to a new PC.

The storage location for all ONE TIMING Layouts can be found here: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\PACETEQ\OneTiming\Layouts

This allows you to access your existing layouts on your old PC, copy them, and save them in the same file path on your new PC. Once you restart ONE TIMING, you will be able to choose from all of these layouts.
