ONE TIMING crahes with an Error-Message

In the event of a crash in ONE TIMING, an Error-Message form will prompt you to swiftly notify PACETEQ about the issue and provide a fast way to resume using the software

If ONE TIMING encounters a critical error it will show an Error-Message. The new window is titled "Unexpected Application Error" and will give you further information about the crash.

Notify PACETEQ

Once you reach this stage, it is crucial to promptly send this error to PACETEQ using the "Email Error" function located at the bottom left of the Error Window. Your email software will automatically open, allowing you to provide all necessary information to PACETEQ. It can also be beneficial to specify the series you are currently working on and any additional details that may be relevant, such as issues with network stability prior to the crash or if you are using a new PC for the first time.

Continue using ONE TIMING

To resume your work from where the error occurred, click on "Continue". ONE TIMING will bypass the error and attempt to get you back on track from that point onwards.
