Sharing Local Historical Data

Securely distribute your locally stored Historical Data files in ONE TIMING by sharing session files and importing them on other team members' systems.

Overview

ONE TIMING allows you to securely share locally stored Historical Data sessions with your team. This is especially useful when a team member missed a session or when you need to distribute session data for collaborative analysis. Data security is always a priority at PACETEQ, whether your data is stored locally or in the PACETEQ Cloud.

Data Security with the Advanced Package

By purchasing the Advanced ONE TIMING Package, you gain access to a dedicated feed, enabling real-time adjustments to session settings (such as "Pit Stop Loss") during a live session.

  • Security: Adjustments made on your team's Live-Feed are private and not synced to the PACETEQ Cloud.
  • Sharing: You can share the local Historical Data file generated during the session with other team members.

Sharing Historical Data Files

Locating Your Historical Data

Historical Data files are stored in:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\PACETEQ\OneTiming\HistoricalDataTemp

To access this folder:

  1. Open the Windows search bar.
  2. Enter %localappdata% and press Enter.
  3. Navigate to PACETEQ\OneTiming\HistoricalDataTemp.

Distributing the File

  • Locate the relevant session file (typically in CSV or gzip format).
  • Share the file securely with your team members (e.g., via email, shared drive, or secure messaging).

Importing Historical Data on Another System

  1. Open ONE TIMING on the recipient’s computer.
  2. Use the "Import" function from the Menu Bar.
  3. Select the shared CSV file.
  4. ONE TIMING will automatically populate session metadata.
  5. You may adjust:
    • Series name

  6. Important: Tick the box to save the file to your local Historical Data files to ensure it is retained when you close ONE TIMING
