Can I change the email address on my account?

No. Your sign-in email is set when your ONE TRANSCRIPT account is created and cannot be changed in the app.

ONE TRANSCRIPT uses email-based sign-in with a one-time verification code, so you must sign in using the email address that received your invitation.

If you need to use a different email address, ask your organization Manager to invite you again using the new email address.
