Can I change the email address on my account?
Not in ONE TRANSCRIPT today. Your sign-in email is set when your account is created and cannot be changed in the app.
ONE TRANSCRIPT uses email-based login with a one-time code (no password), so you must sign in with the same email address used for your original invitation.
If you need to use a different email, ask your organization manager to send you a new invitation to the correct address.
