  2. Select Word Replacements
  3. Click Add Row
  4. In Word, enter the word or phrase to find
  5. In Replacement, enter the replacement text. See example below:

Limitations

Limitation

What It Means

Whole-word matching

Only exact words or full phrases are matched. Partial matches inside longer words are ignored (for example, box will not match in boxcar).

Case-insensitive matching

For example, safety car, Safety Car, and SAFETY CAR are treated as the same word.

Unique words

Each word can only be used once in your organization. You cannot create duplicate rules for the same word.

⚠︎ If you see Duplicate word(s) when saving, another rule already uses the same Word value.

Recommended Practices

  • Create rules for recurring transcription errors.
  • Use specific words and phrases to avoid unintended replacements.
  • Test new rules before relying on them during live sessions.
  • Maintain a shared list of driver names, team names, and technical terms to keep terminology consistent.
