Create & Manage AI Prompts

Saved prompts help your team reuse common AI Assistant questions across sessions. Instead of typing the same question repeatedly, create a prompt once and make it available to everyone in your organization.

ⓘ To create and manage AI prompts, you must have a Manager or TV Broadcaster role.

Create a Prompt

    1. Click Settings in the sidebar
    2. Select AI Prompts
    3. On the AI Prompt Management page, click Add Prompt
    4. Fill in the following fields:

Prompt Name — A short label shown in the prompt list (max. 50 characters)

Description (optional) — A brief explanation of when to use this prompt (max. 100 characters)

Prompt Text — The question or instruction inserted into AI Assistant (max. 5,000 characters)

      5. Click Create Prompt

The prompt is immediately available to all users in the Prompts menu within AI Assistant.

Tip: Write prompt text as a complete question or instruction.

e.g.: “You are an expert race analyst. You have been given a ONE TRANSCRIPT session file containing all driver-to-engineer and engineer-to-driver team radio communications for a single session. Your task is to produce a structured, detailed session report …”

ⓘ Saved prompts do not change how AI Assistant behaves. They provide shortcuts for questions about the current session.

    Manage a Prompt

      1. On the AI Prompt Management page, locate the prompt you want to update
      2. Use the action icons next to the prompt:
        1. Click the edit icon to update the prompt name, description, or prompt text
        2. Click the delete icon to remove the prompt
      3. If editing, click Update Prompt to save your changes

Changes to edited prompts become available the next time users open the Prompts menu in AI Assistant.

⚠️ Deleting a prompt permanently removes it from your organization, and it cannot be recovered.

      Best Practices

        • Create prompts for recurring workflows such as post-session summaries, safety reviews, or driver analysis.
        • Use descriptions to help users choose the correct prompt.
        • Keep each prompt focused on a single task or outcome.
        • Test prompts in AI Assistant and refine the wording as needed.
