What is AI Assistant and What Can It Do?
AI Assistant lets you ask questions about session transcriptions and get answers based on live or recorded radio data in the current session.
Instead of manually reviewing hundreds of radio messages, use AI Assistant to:
- Summarize radio communications across one or multiple drivers
- Identify key events, incidents, or recurring topics
- Analyze messages from specific drivers
- Highlight safety-related communications
- Review the tone or sentiment across conversations
- Ask follow-up questions to explore events in more detail
What Does the AI Assistant NOT Do?
The AI Assistant does not:
- Search the web
- Access data outside the current session
- Search across multiple sessions simultaneously
- Combine data from multiple sessions in one response
- Provide complete results while a live session is still receiving new transcriptions
To use AI Assistant, it must be enabled for your organization. If AI Assistant is not available, contact our Support Team.
