What should I do if I see “You Have Lost Access to the App”?

If you see “You have lost access to the app”, your account is no longer linked to any organization in ONE TRANSCRIPT.  To regain access, contact your Manager and ask to be re-invited to the organization using your email address. 

If you accidentally revoked your own access and you are the only Manager in your organization, contact the Support Team for help restoring access.
