Why do I sometimes see placeholder text before the full transcription?
This is expected behavior. When radio audio is detected, ONE TRANSCRIPT immediately adds a placeholder to the message feed. This indicates that transcription is in progress.
Once processing is complete, the placeholder ... is automatically replaced with the full transcription, usually within a few seconds.
If the place holder stays for more than 5 minutes, contact Support.
