Learn how roles determine which features and actions are available to each user in ONE RACEHUB.

ONE RACEHUB provide a comprehensive Role-Based Access Control system. Users only see features relevant to their role. This helps:

  • Protect sensitive information
  • Streamline the user interface
  • Support data isolation across teams
  • Provide visibility into user access

Available roles

ONE RACEHUB includes 11 predefined roles:

Tyre management, pressure calculations, and session workflows

Workshop Management

W-MGT

Parts, assemblies, packages, job templates, and workshop operations

Setup Reviewer

S-RVW

Setup information review and setup-related workflows

Fault Admin

FLT

Faults, jobs, issues, and diagnostics workflows

Read Only

RO

View-only access for guests, sponsors, team principals, or other non-editing users

Driver

DRV

Limited driver-focused access, including Run Sheets, Dashboard, Feedback, and Track Walk

A user may be able to open a page but still have limited editing rights.

⚠️ Sidebar visibility is not the same as edit permission. Editing can also depend on team assignment, contestant restrictions, locked records, and feature-specific rules.
