Set Up Your Organization (For Managers)

If you received your ONE TRANSCRIPT URL from PACETEQ as the organization’s Manager, complete the steps below after your first login. PACETEQ may have already created your organization and invited your account. Confirm with the Support Team what is already configured.

Create Teams

Create one entry for each racing team that should appear in ONE TRANSCRIPT. 

  1. Navigate to SettingsHow to Create a New Team in OneTranscript - Step 2
  2. Go to Teams and click Add New

  3. For each team, enter:

    Name — Full team name
    Acronym — Auto-generated from the team name (editable)
    Color — Hex color code (e.g. FF0000) used for UI identification
  4. Click Create

The team is now created and available for assignments to drivers and sessions. Continue with driver configuration under Settings → Drivers.

Add Drivers

Each driver represents one radio channel in ONE TRANSCRIPT.

  1. Go to Settings → Drivers
  2. Click Add New in the top-right corner
  3. Enter the driver details:

    Name — Full driver name
    Display Name — Auto-generated from the driver name (editable)
    Stream URL — Live audio feed URL from your broadcast provider
    Team — Select the driver’s team
    Tags — Select existing tags or create new ones for quick filtering during live sessions (optional). You can assign multiple tags to one driver.

    Default driver — Enable to automatically include the driver in new sessions

    Click Create

The driver is now available for use in sessions and can be assigned to live transcription feeds.

⚠️ Transcription only works when the Stream URL is valid and actively streaming. Ensure you obtain correct URLs from your broadcast or audio provider before the event.

After teams and drivers are configured, create a session for each event you want to transcribe. See Live Sessions → Creating a Session for complete instructions.
