Set Up Your Organization

ⓘ Your organization admin or MatchVision admin will provide the download link and login details. If you haven’t received them, contact your organization admin. If you’re unsure whether you have access, contact your club’s MatchVision admin or designated contact.

Sign in to MatchVision

Sign in to MatchVision with your Admin account.
In the sidebar, select Admin.
You’ll see two tabs: Members and Groups.

Create Your Groups First

Groups organise staff inside your club, e.g. Medical Team, or Tactical Review. Tags are shared within a group and are not visible to other groups.

Create your groups before adding users so you can assign each user to a group straight away.

In the Groups tab:

Select New group.
Enter a name for the group.
Select Create

The group appears in the list immediately. Repeat for each group you need.

Assign Users to a Group

In the Members tab:

Identify the user you want to assign to a group
Open the Groups drop-down menu
Select the group you want to assign to the user

The group is automatically assigned.

Remove Users from a Group

Identify the user you want to remove from a group
Select the X next to the group you want to remove the user from

The group disappears automatically, and the user is removed from the group.

Note: Each person who uses MatchVision needs their own account. Do not share login details.

Users

Before changing a user’s name, email address, group assignment, or role, or deleting a user, contact your organization’s admin.

Groups

In the Groups tab, select the action icon next to the group you want to delete.

🗑️ Delete — Permanently removes the group.
