What should I do if a transcription contains a wrong name or term?
If a transcription shows the wrong name, term, or phrase, you can correct the message, retranscribe it, or create a word replacement for future messages.
Choose the action based on what needs to be fixed.
Message actions
- Edit the message – Use this when you want to correct a single word or phrase.
- Retranscribe the message – Use this when the message transcription is inaccurate and should be regenerated from the original audio.
